Moving spot lights as the teams take the floor, Upbeat heavy bass music, boxing bells getting the competition started as the EMCEE reads your team description; you take the floor and the BATTLE Begins!   ENERGIZE Your events with these valuable Features!

• Battle Bouts – Which program has the best Dancers, Tumblers or Stunters - if you DO, your program wins a PARTIAL PAID Bid to Battle at the Capitol Nationals!

• Discounted Nationals Registration Rate - When you compete at a Battle Series event you receive a lower registration rate for Battle at the Capitol Nationals.

BATTLE SCORING DETAILS

	JAM BRANDS SCORING: All Teams will be scored on the JAM Brands scoring system. View the system at www.thejamscore.com.
	2 CHANCES: Teams will have 2 Chances to do their Best in this BATTLE! Teams will compete 2 times and their final score will be their HIGHEST score! All placements and specialty awards are determined with the highest score.
	Note: The bids process may change at any time at the discretion of the Coastal Directors

U.S. FINALS BIDS DETAILS

Cheerleading Bids: 2/3 of the available paid bids will go to All Star Cheer Teams (12-15 depending on the number of registered teams). Each Grand Champion will receive a Paid US Finals Bid. The remaining paid bids will be determined according to registration closer to the event date.

Dance Bids: 1/3 of the available paid bids will go to All Star Dance Teams (3-5 depending on the number of registered teams). Each Grand Champion will receive a Paid US Finals Bid. The remaining paid bids will be determined according to registration closer to the event date.

WORLD BID DETAILS

Cheerleading Worlds Bids: 3 FULL PAID & 9 AT LARGE BIDS! We will be guaranteeing 1 FULL Paid bid to the highest Senior All Girl Level 5 team (small, medium, or large team), 1 FULL Paid bid to the highest Senior Co-Ed Level 5 team (small, medium, or large team), and 1 FULL Paid bid to the highest Senior Small Team Level 5 (All Girl or Co-Ed.) At least 1 At-Large bid will be awarded to the second highest consecutive scoring All Girl Level 5 Senior team, highest Senior Co-Ed Level 5 team and highest Senior Small All Girl or Co-Ed Team. One At Large Bid will be guaranteed to an International Open team. The remaining At-Large bids will be awarded to eligible Worlds divisions on the next highest scoring team basis. International Open and Level 6 Open teams will not be eligible for PAID Bids.

International At Large Bids: We will be guaranteeing at least 1 At Large bid to an International Open division team.

Dance Worlds Bids: We will be awarding 2 PARTIAL PAID Bids to the highest 2 scoring teams from the following divisions: Senior Jazz, Senior Hip Hop, and Senior Pom. Thereafter, the 2 highest scoring teams in these divisions will be awarded with At Large Bids. 2 At Large Bids will also be awarded to the highest 2 scoring Open dance teams.
